Directly after one of the Thursday Body Sculpt classes, the Yoga Stretch & Soothe class is designed to bring some calm to us while at the same time helping with any current injuries – and prevention of future injuries – by opening up the joints and lengthening the muscles. The sessions end with a few minutes doing a relaxing scan to calm the body and mind. This session complements all the cardio and strength work we do in the Zoom Body Sculpt classes and the Spin cycling classes.
Join an earlier class for the benefit of strength and fitness before relaxing into the yoga class.

- Classes are on Thursday at 20:00, immediately after Body Sculpt – the perfect pair!
